We just received this very disturbing video of Dr. Evil working with test subjects to fine tune his thought control process. Notice how the subject becomes unwilling to think for itself, giving total control to the puppetmaster and looks sadly into the camera. Reminds us of a Mini Mayor briefing. Just a theory, but it is believed that Dr. Evil perfected and used these same techniques on Mini Mayor and has now set up shop inside Ro Jo's cavernous cranium.
