Mini Mayor is a lying hypocrite.  Mini Mayor was talking the other day about how employees shouldn't fear reprisals for afterhours activities.  Yeah, OK, whatever.  Here's what Alexandria employees do fear:

Speaking out against Mini Mayor about anything

Calling into a radio station that Mini Mayor watches like R. Kelly watches kids at a daycare

Publicly speaking out about Fetal Freddy blogging all day at work and taxpayers paying for it

Publicly discussing the sleeping around at city hall and Mini Mayor's affairs

Publicly discussing the messed up Half Moon Productions movie "deal" and the utter stupidity of Bill Hess

Publicly talking about Ken Luneau and Mini Mayor ghost writing articles and editorials for the Clan of the To-To

Publicly disclosing the messed up details of the HIP deal

Publicly speaking out on Mini Mayor's staff free lunch program paid for by taxpayers

Publicly speaking out about Mini Mayor's backroom meetings with Cleco

Revealing details of the messed up closed door meetings of the city council

We could go on, but you get the point.  Mini Mayor wanted Fetal Freddy to print that hit piece on EMS, but when Ken Luneau found out about it, they shut it down.  Listen to what Fetal Freddy is telling you.  That is what Mini Mayor is saying to Fetal Freddy.  It was no mistake what Fetal Freddy wrote.  It would be a mistake if any Alexandria employee wrote something less than worshiping His Most High and Hopeless Mini Mayor.

The Mini Mayor Sociopath Checklist

Surprise, surprise.  Mini Mayor fits every item on the checklist.

1. Glibness/Superficial Charm.  Check.  Mini Mayor is always talking to an imaginary mirror.  He thinks Carty and McCormick adore him because he's  witty, good looking and irresistible.  And then there is Kay Cell.  It also doesn't help that Mini Mayor has surrounded hisself with a bunch of butt kissers.  He's the Man, or so he thinks.
2. Manipulative and Conning.  Check.  Do as I say and not as I do.  Mini Mayor is all about hisself and if you step out a line, look out!
3. Grandiose Sense of Self.  Check.  Mini Mayor is the greatest of all time.  Just ask him or anyone suffering from fetal alcohol syndrome.  Why do you think he has those "briefings" where he is the center of attention and he won't attend the council meetings?  Because he craves adulation and attendance of Carty and Co. 
4. Pathological Lying.  Check.  Really nothing to add here.
5. Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt.  Check.  Have you talked to anyone in Mini Mayor's camp lately?  Instead of friends, Mini Mayor have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and Mini Mayor let nothing stand in their way.
6. Shallow Emotions.  Check.  Dude got upset by a guy on the radio and ran him off. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person.
7. Incapacity for Love.  Check.  From what we here, Mini Mayor's "love" only lasts for 5 minutes at a time. 
8. Need for Stimulation.  Check.  Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal.  Ask around city hall.
9. Callousness/Lack of Empathy.  Check.  When you drive around in a $60,000 Mercedes, drink all the fine wine, eat like a king and pick up a few stray booty calls, its hard to connect with the common folk.  
10. Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature.  Check.  LOL.  KSYL anyone?
11. Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency.  Check.  Mini Mayor was lucky to be part of the Menard Mafia and have the connections he did.
12. Irresponsibility/Unreliability.  Check.  When has anything Mini Mayor promised or said come true?  We still don't have our rebates from Cleco.  HIP ain't gonna happen.  Sugarhouse Road was a no go.  What exactly is SPARC besides a new fire station on Lee and Masonic and a building for the Red Cross?  Fast Track to nowhere.
13. Promiscuous Sexual Behavior Infidelity.  Check.  Ask around town if you haven't heard the latest.
14. Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle.  Check.  Did you ever hear Mini Mayor say he could take a pay cut to help out the budget?  Just how big do you think Mini Mayor's city expense account is?  Do you really think Mini Mayor "works" 8 hours a day?
15. Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility.  Check.  Mini Mayor despises Ro Jo, but he's using Ro Jo as his new front man.  Anything to hold onto power.

And talks like a duck, then it must be a duck.  Consider this a public service announcement about protecting yourself from a sociopath.  Do yourself a favor - print out this post.  Make at least 3 columns.  As you read each item, write the name of a person that enters your thoughts.  You'll be glad you did.

1. Glibness/Superficial Charm.  Language can be used without effort by them to confuse and convince their audience. Captivating storytellers that exude self-confidence, they can spin a web that intrigues others. Since they are persuasive, they have the capacity to destroy their critics verbally or emotionally.
2. Manipulative and Conning.  They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They dominate and humiliate their victims.
3. Grandiose Sense of Self.  Feels entitled to certain things as "their right." Craves adulation and attendance. Must be the center of attention with their own fantasies as the "spokesman for God," "enlightened," "leader of humankind," etc. Creates an us-versus-them mentality.
4. Pathological Lying.  Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and able to pass lie detector tests.
5. Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt.  A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.
6. Shallow Emotions.  When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion, it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.
7. Incapacity for Love.  While they talk about "God's love" they are unable to give or receive it. Since they do not believe in the genuineness of their followers' love, they are very harsh in testing it from their devotees and expect them to feel guilt for their failings. Expects unconditional surrender. 
8. Need for Stimulation.  Living on the edge, yet testing the beliefs of their followers with bizarre rules, punishments and behaviors. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal.
9. Callousness/Lack of Empathy.  Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them. Their skills are used to exploit, abuse and exert power. Since the follower cannot believe their leader would callously hurt them, they rationalize the behavior as necessary for their (or the group's) own "good" and deny the abuse. When devotees become aware of the exploitation it feels like a "spiritual rape" to them.
10. Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature.  Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others. The followers only see them as near perfect.
11. Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency.  Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.
12. Irresponsibility/Unreliability.  Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blame their followers or others outside their group. Blame reinforces passivity and obedience and produces guilt, shame, terror and conformity in the followers.
13. Promiscuous Sexual Behavior Infidelity.  Totalist leaders frequently practice promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts. This is usually kept hidden from all but the inner circle. Stringent sexual control of their followers, such as forced breakups and divorces, removal of children from parents, rules for dating, etc.
14. Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle.  Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future. Many groups claim as their goal world-domination or other utopian promises. Great contrast between the leader's opulent lifestyle and the followers' impoverishment. Support by gifts and donations from the followers who are pressured to give through fear and guilt. Highly sensitive to their own pain and health.
15. Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility.  Changes their image and that of the group as needed to avoid prosecution and to increase income and to recruit a range of members. Is able to adapt or relocate as needed to preserve the group. Can resurface later with a new name, a new front group and a new twist on the scam.
